Silver Shield Security’s methodical employee selection process ensures that our customers are assigned with only the best candidates for their company’s unique environment.  Requiring our employees to undergo a rigorous hiring process in order to become part of the Silver Shield Security team, allows us to construct a seamless integration process for our clients and staff.

 

Interview

Each candidate must pass through a four tier interviewing process. Upon successfully meeting the criteria for interviewing with our Human Resources Manager, we administer a behavioral assessment essay. Our Human Resources Director, trained in Reid Interview and Interrogation, critically examines potential employees. We perform the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) on request. Our Operations Supervisor interviews the potential employee, followed by OPS Manager. We set the standard in our high quality interviewing process. Grasping the importance of matching our staff with your company culture, and potential client needs, is our priority. This is why Silver Shield Security has an extremely high client retention rate. We hire only the best for our customers. Once the candidate passes the comprehensive background screening and thorough interview process they are interviewed by a Silver Shield Security Executive and ready for approval by the customer.
