The Silver Shield Training Academy is a proactive approach to training supporting our customer’s need for specialized services. The academy features a high-tech training center with a simulated security environment wherein our students learn imperative skills and methodologies necessary to advance them into a career within the security industry. We combine multiple systems of training techniques. Our Academy program encompasses all facets of security and safety, allowing us to successfully train our staff.  Each phase of our training program is designed to give our students the organized structure and confidence required to gain the tools and knowledge necessary for them to continually excel in their position. Our specialized training builds our student's self confidence and reinforces ownership, which inevitably extends to their assigned site, ultimately benefiting the customer!
